Our journey began in 2022 with a vision to redefine, transform, and create sustainable solutions for cellulose-based agricultural waste.
We started by asking a bold question:

“Can the 5.5 million tons of cotton stalks generated annually be used to address the global plastic and materials crisis?”

At PlasticVersus, our team of scientists, engineers, and sustainability advocates worked relentlessly to find the answer.
Through extensive research and experimentation, we succeeded in transforming waste cotton stalks not only into bioplastic raw materials but also into high-purity cellulose, modified lignin, and sustainable biopolymers, significantly reducing the environmental pressure created by traditional plastics.
